WHEN CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
You may place a catering order as far in advance as you'd like. However, we ask that all orders be finalized at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Please note that holidays may affect availability. While we do our best to accommodate all orders, we cannot guarantee availability during these times. Large orders (for more than 50 guests) may require additional time to prepare. We will discuss these details with you before confirming your booking.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK CATERING?
There is a 10-guest minimum required to place a catering order.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
Sales Tax: A San Francisco sales tax of 8.65% will be applied to the total food and beverage amount.
Service Charge: All catering orders include an automatic 18% service charge.
ARE UTENSILS PROVIDED?
Disposable serving utensils, plates, napkins, and similar items are available for an additional charge of $5 per guest.
Please note: we do not provide cups. Let us know in advance if you need utensils or other items.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in full payment of the total catering cost, including tax.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.
All cancellations must be made during our business hours.
CAN I BRING THE TRUCK TO MY EVENT?
Yes, we can bring our truck to your event! Please note that a minimum order of $2,500 is required for this service.
